Our Private Group Lesson is ideal for couples, families, or friends who want a fun, relaxed, and fully personalized surf experience. Enjoy the ocean at your own pace with your group while receiving guidance tailored to your skill level.
LESSON ROADMAP
Meet & Gear Up at Samba Surf Shop (10–15 min)
Meet your instructor directly at Samba Surf Shop, get your wetsuit, and choose the board that fits your level. Once everyone is ready, you’ll head together to the beach.
Beach Theory (10–15 min)
Learn the basics on the sand:
- The “pop-up” technique
- Paddling & balance
- Ocean safety and wave basics
Hit the Water (1.5 Hours)
Head into waist-deep water with your instructor.
You’ll practice paddling, standing up, and catching your first waves — with help every step of the way.
Break & Feedback
Relax, drink water, and get personalized tips to improve your next session.
Free Surf Time (Optional – Until End of Day)
After the guided session, students who want to keep practicing can continue surfing independently, using the board for as long as they need until the end of the day.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Do I need to know how to swim?
Basic comfort in the water is enough. Lessons are held in waist-deep water, so you can always stand.
What should I bring?
Just:
- Swimwear (under the wetsuit)
- Towel
- Sunscreen
- Bottle of water
We provide board + wetsuit + leash + wax.
Is transport included?
Because it’s a group lesson, meeting point is usually the beach.
